China Bus Industry Research Report 2019-2025 Featuring 16 Major Enterprises: Profile, Operation, Output, Sales, Featured Products, Distribution, and More

Dublin, Nov. 13, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The “China Bus Industry Report, 2019-2025″ report has been added to ResearchAndMarkets.com’s offering. This report highlights the following: China as the world’s largest bus manufacturer supplies nearly 50% of buses in the global market. China’s bus industry has made changes over the years, with output sliding at an annual average rate of 6.1% between 2015 and 2018. The downtrend in output will continue in 2019, due to a lack of market dynamism. The electric, global and high-end buses will turn to be the driver for the Chinese bus market. By product, coaches and public buses account for over 80% in China. In 2018, sales of all types of buses suffered a slump, apart from public buses which enjoyed a slight increase. Public bus: in 2018, the public bus market size reached roughly 100,000 units, on a par with what it was in 2015 and 2017 but much less than that in the peak year of 2016. It was proof that the bus market in China was still being redefined. Thereof, 8m/10m buses had become the mainstay of the market and would sustain growth. Coach: in 2018, sales of this type of bus plummeted as other ways to ...

They adorn the ends of Cat5 network patch cables and the flat satin cables that come

They adorn the ends of Cat5 network patch cables and the flat satin cables that come with all-in-one printers that we generally either toss in the scrap bin or throw away altogether. The blocky rectangular plugs, molded of clear plastic and holding gold-plated contacts, are known broadly as modular connectors. They and their socket counterparts have become ubiquitous components of the connected world over the last half-century or so, and unsurprisingly they had their start where so many other innovations began: from the need to manage the growth of the telephone network and reduce costs. Here’s how the modular connector got that way. For the first 80 years or so of the US telephone network, the Bell Company called all the shots. They owned absolutely every bit of equipment in the system – the wires on the poles, the switchgear in the central offices, microwave links, and even the phone sets in customer homes. They had complete control over every aspect of the delivery of their services, and used their monopoly to build an incredibly integrated and durable system. But with great power comes great responsibility, or in the case of a complex technological system prone to breakdown ...

Graduating Secured Credit Cards to Full Featured Products

In Mercator Advisory Group’s research on secured cards, we noted how the market changed since the Credit Card Accountability Responsibility and Disclosure Act of 2009 (CARD Act) eliminated a series of unfair practices. Before the regulation, the market was filled with hard money lenders who took advantage of borrowers with sky-high interest rates and even worse junk fees. Things like application fees, activation fees, and risk fees tainted the product. The CARD Act cleaned up the business, and now top lenders, from Bank of America, Chase, Discover, and US Bank, offer worthwhile cards, with interest rates ranging from 11.65% to 24.99%, and reasonable, in-range fees.  Mastercard and Visa also came out with more rigorous standards for their franchisees. We peg the U.S. market at almost 5 million cards today, with the potential to embrace 500 percent more, given the number of low-banked, underbanked, and unbanked in the market. Working in credit for decades often brings friends and acquaintances with questions about “what is the best card for me to get?” Many times my answer is something along the lines of a Chase Freedom card, which I like because it carries an excellent reward str...
